Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. To provide flexibility while protecting class availability, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all Success CNA Prep courses:

Cancellations:

Students who cancel their enrollment at least 14 days before the scheduled class start date are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the deposit/payment made. Full refunds are not available.

Rescheduling:

Instead of requesting a partial refund, students may choose to reschedule their enrollment for another available class date within six (6) months of their original class date. Rescheduling may be done at the student's convenience, subject to class availability.

Refund Processing:

For eligible refunds, payments made by credit or debit card will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on the financial institution.

Important:

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled class start date are not eligible for a refund. Students may still contact Success CNA Prep to request a rescheduling option within the six-month period, subject to availability.
